A CALL FOR WITNESSES  
This is about a Civil Suit against Mark Towle of Gotham Garage, but I have reserved the option to add additional Defendants in this Civil Case. I am the former Web Designer for gothamgarage.net. I was contracted by Mark Towle to build multiple web sites and other web duties including videos and forum design. I was never compensated by him for my years of service. He has refused to pay me for years of labor and is withholding my Intellectual property, my earned property of a mounted 1966 Butts Batmobile replica. He has not returned my thousands of dollars paid to him for this car nor has he offered any reasonable settlement for my incredible losses to date.

This is to serve as a General Notice to all Blog Members that I am seeking assistance and witnesses in a Breach of Contract suit 13 months in progress against Mark Towle of gothamgarage.net filed by myself, John Scott Lee. Civil Action Case No. 11-C-337 Jefferson County Circuit Court of WV.

In acting as my own Pro-Se attorney, I am exercising my right to call and requests assistance from people with testifiable knowledge of Kory Geick and Mark Towle's business association. I am the former contracted Web Designer for gothamgarage.net.

Please Contact me if you can help or provide sworn statements for me or witness for me against him. I am seeking anyone that has in the past experienced unhappiness or losses to Mark Towle and or Kory Geick.

I am no longer associated with Mark Towle nor Kory Geick nor will I ever be in the future beyond prosecuting this civil suit against Mark Towle for numerous Breach of Contracts and implicating Kory Geick.

I won the law suit against Mark Towle. He was ordered to pay me 35K plus interest. I was vindicated of all the false claims made against me in this case and the many times I was told Kory Geick was running around lying about me. I prosecuted Mark Towle successfully without having a day of Law School. Mark Towle hired at least 5 attorneys to fight me across jurisdictional lines 2700 miles apart. I did all the web work and 4 times more I was required to do under Contract. Mark Towle was found guilty of Breaching Contract agreements in multiple ways. I do not recommend anyone ever doing business with Mark Towle nor Kory Geick.
